It couldn’t be easier to travel to Wagrain by car.
Travel via the Tauern Autobahn (A 10) from Salzburg or Villach, taking the Flachau exit. From that point it is only about ten kilometres along highway B 163 (following signs for St. Johann / Pongau) to Wagrain.
By Train - from Salzburg.
For your train trip to Wagrain, the railway station in St. Johann im Pongau is the best place to get off. Once there, it’s just a short ride on the public bus to Wagrain. The bus leaves the St. Johann railway station at regular intervals, after which you are just a matter of minutes from Wagrain. If you prefer, taxis are also available to drive you the short distance to the apartment in Wagrain
